RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please contact us at support@galanteinteriors.com for the return address. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and labels (unless the product is damaged or an incorrect item was received). The return must be sent to our warehouse in China.
Conditions for Returns
- All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sold or received, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags still attached.
- Items must be returned with the original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Products
- We recommend inspecting all items upon delivery for any defects.
- If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced free of charge, and the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
Home delivery refused/undeliverable post office:
· If the parcel is not accepted or not collected by the post office, it is automatically returned to supplier and we are entitled to deduct €15 from the amount you receive in return.
Returns
- If the size does not fit or if you wish to change the color, you can initiate a return by emailing support@galanteinteriors.com.
- The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs and obtaining the return label.
- Once you contact us, we will provide you with the return address.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging or with the company label.
- A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt of your return and whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days of the item being received at our warehouse.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your payment provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Finally, check with your bank, as processing times may vary.
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
- We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the current item and place a new order.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
