- Order deadline: 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipment Tracking:
- A tracking number will be provided via email after shipment.

Changes and Cancellations of Orders:
- If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team.
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to make the requested changes. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to make changes, and you will need to return the items you received.
- As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. If we do not hear from you within 10 minutes of placing your order, it is automatically transferred to the system for execution, and changes or cancellations can no longer be made. Once dispatched, we cannot interrupt the shipping process, so a refund or cancellation is only possible after you receive the goods.
